2.Dead Bug

Start by laying on your back on the floor, hands in the air and legs in the air with a 90-degree angle with your knees. Extend your right leg and left arm until they are both parallel to the ground and hold for 3 seconds. Then return to the starting position and do the same with the opposite limbs. Do 12 reps.

3. Bicycle Crunches

Start in a sit-up position, with your hands behind your head and your feet on the ground. Bring your right elbow and left knee together and then twist to the other side with your left elbow and right knee. Alternating your opposite arms and legs will help you to engage your entire core. Complete 15 reps.

4. Mountain Climbers

Start in a high plank position, with your hands slightly wider than your shoulders and your feet together. Bring your right leg up to your chest and return to the starting position. Repeat with the left leg. Moving your legs back and forth until they hit both ankles quickly while engaging your core is key to this exercise. Do this for 20 seconds, taking 10 seconds almost twice.

5. Side Planks

Start in a side plank position, with your elbow directly below your shoulder and your feet stacked one on top of the other. Brace your core and hold for 30 seconds on each side. If this move is too difficult, drop your bottom knee down and hold for 30 seconds.
