Consuming enough fluids to stay hydrated is a must if we’re looking to kick start our immune system and help ward off illnesses. Aim for at least 8 glasses a day to keep the body working properly and efficiently.
7. Make Sure to Wash Your Hands Properly
Sure, this one may seem like a no brainer, but its importance cannot be understated. It’s important to make sure we’re washing our hands properly, as this can help stop the spread of any viruses or bacteria we picked up from the day-to-day activities of living.
